1. Since it is broad-based open end self cultivating management education, no syllabus has been set for the said management programme. The situation based questions from all walks of business operations will be asked to test the management application skills of the candidates. Evidently no study material will be required.

2. In all, there will be five papers highlighting the integrated management operations for getting you conversant with operational management applications.

3. The all questions projected in each paper will have to be attempted and no choice or option will be allowed.

4. The period for answering the questions for each paper will be 30 days.

5. It is evident that you will have 30 days at your disposal to answer all the questions and have full opportunity to find out, explore, consult your colleagues, superiors and refer books available within your reach.

6. On completion of answering the five papers,all the candidates will be required to submit a project report on the subject of your choice based on management situations handled ,experienced , observed ,heard during your working experience as well as your personal exposures.

7. The said management programme will be completed by attending seven days in-house management interactive group discussions where every candidate will be required to submit the 15 minutes brief on management applications and share the same with all the participants present.

8. On the final assessment, a certificate will be issued on successful completion of the programme i.e “Doctorate in Management Operations”

9. In the end an edited version of the answers having significant insights projected by the successful candidates will be compiled for ready reference. The candidates desirous to know the varied skill applications can obtain the same on payment of Rs 500/-. This will enable you to know the shortcomings and will equip you to adopt the right approach.
